Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Most orders are shipped UPS Ground. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to all orders, estimates, and purchase orders. If the shipping cost is not included with the estimate and/or purchase order, it will be added once the order is processed and shipping cost is obtained.
We are able to ship via other methods. Please contact us for more information.
Shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states may take up to 5-7 business days once fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification once the order has shipped. This notification will have the tracking number of the shipment.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU DROP SHIP?
Yes, drop shipping is available. Please inform us at the time of the quote or order of the delivery address.
We are also able to divide and order into multiple shipping locations.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we offer shipping outside of the US. The purchaser is responsible for all taxes, duties, and additional charges for international deliveries.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
